Founding rates for eligible verified revenue are configurable for each country, region and service. Actual commissions are determined by the rate active when the sale occurs.

This is an example for a three-level agent sale. Direct country or province sales pay only the levels participating in the approved chain. Commissions are subject to refunds, agreement terms, verification holds and payout approval. No earnings are guaranteed.

Do I have to buy a franchise?
Submitting an application does not purchase a franchise or confer territorial exclusivity. Any separate franchise or distributor agreement and fees, where applicable, must be disclosed and signed separately.
How do sales count toward earnings?
Approved partner referrals must be recorded in the source checkout or service order, and the source system must confirm a real paid sale through an authenticated server-to-server event.
What if a customer asks for a refund?
The system records refund adjustments and reduces related commissions, including amounts already paid that may offset future earnings.
Can a country have multiple main partners?
The platform models one active primary country partner per country. Every country may have multiple province/state partners, each with local agents.
Does CYPRONA pay commissions for recruiting agents?
No. This model rewards eligible customer service purchases, not recruiting or application submissions.
When do I receive payment?
Earnings become eligible after the configured hold period. Requests are reviewed, and bank transfers are recorded by finance personnel. Automatic bank transfers are not enabled by default.
